This verdict decides that the request should be rejected for appeal against an earlier verdict by PTUN Kebumen and PTTUN (2006) on the camplaint by a group of 188 teachers who had been illegally detained (1965-1970) and dismissed as teachers (1966). They were decided by the PTUN to be not guilty of involvement in the 1965 affair and their dismissal as teachers was thus illegal. The Ministry of Education appealed twice but the verdict was upheld. The 
Supreme Court verdict has never been implemented.
